Northern Shaolin Long Fist Kung-Fu:
Shaolin Long Fist (or Northern Shaolin) is a Chinese martial arts system developed from the northern parts of China. This system emphasizes long to middle range defense and attacks. Maximization of power is achieved through Lower Spinal Rotation and proper breathing techniques. The long term effects are better health and more energy through proper breathing and exercise. Listed below are the forms (sequences) practiced in this system. The roots of these techniques were developed from the ancient Buddhist monestaries called Shao Lin temples. (Shao Lin means little forest)
